Misconception No. 4—
It’s Boring

There’s plenty to do, especially for the open- minded and adventurous.

It’s not boring if you like medieval architecture, nightlife, eating out, drinking, shopping, the countryside, or the history of the past 500 years. True, Estonia lacks a world-class art gallery, or much in the way of home-grown cinema. The nicest bit of Tallinn, the old town, is quite small. But there is plenty to do, especially for the open-minded and adventurous.

“Tallinn has overtaken Dublin and Amsterdam to become the capital of choice for adventurous lads in search of wild times.”—The London
Observer.
