City of Tallinn tells schools to oppose return of Blackheads House to private hands

Tallinn City Government is twisting the hands of heads of municipal schools and has sent out a strong-worded letter to municipal schools in Tallinn, telling them directly to support the petition not to return the historic Blackheads House to private hands.
