Construction price index in Estonia increased by 1.3 in Q3

According to Statistics Estonia, the percentage change of the construction price index in the 3rd quarter of 2012 was 1.3% compared to the 2nd quarter and 5.0% compared to the 3rd quarter of the previous year.
