Court: Head of Lithuanian Union of Journalists Radzevicius libelled a publisher

Vilnius 2 Local Court Friday said that Chairman of the Lithuanian Union of Journalists Dainius Radzevicius in his article "Wikileaks: Tomkus' Respublika Sold and Betrayed Journalism" libelled the Respublikos Leidiniai publisher Vitas Tomkus and will have to pay the latter LTL 10,000 (EUR 2,900) for non-material damage....
