Dairy companies will urge Brussels to create buffer zone in Baltics

In order to create a joint strategy in the current complex situation caused by Russia's food embargo, representatives from Baltic dairy cooperatives will hold a meeting later this week, urging the governments to turn to Brussels with a proposal to launch a special buffer zone in the Baltics; meanwhile, Latvia is considering the idea of establishing a milk powder factory, the Latvian Agricultural Cooperatives Association informed the business portal Nozare.lv, cites LETA....
