Director of Visaginas NPP is not surprised on referendum results

The referendum on the construction of a new nuclear power plant (NPP) in Lithuania was declared valid. The majority voted against the construction of NPP. 52.39% of Lithuanian citizens attended the referendum. Everywhere, except Zarasai-Visagians constituency, people said "no".
