Dombrovskis and Ansip withdrew symbolic first euros in Riga

Along with the New Year came the eagerly-awaited euro, and the man that led the long road to the zone, Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis, was the first in Latvia to withdraw euros from an ATM in downtown Riga immediately after midnight.
