If agreement with Klaipedos Nafta is not reached, Belarusian oil may go to Latvia

Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry Belneftekhim has sent an official decree to the board of Lithuanian oil company Klaipedos Nafta asking to extend long-term cooperation and sign a contract of oil products overload.
