In 2011, each 5th person in Latvia was at-risk-of poverty

In 2011, growing economy benefitted the income of active population in Latvia, and as a result at-risk-of-poverty rate (1) decreased. Income of persons living at-risk-of-poverty threshold grew slower than the average income level. Mentioned persons were at risk to get under the at-risk-of-poverty threshold.
