Latvian PM supports reducing VAT on food sometime later

Prime Minister of Latvia Laimdota Straujuma (Unity) supports reducing value added tax (VAT) on food products in the long term, however, Latvia cannot afford eroding its budget with such large sums of money at the moment, therefore taxes will remain unchanged, Straujuma said in an interview with the Latvian Television show "Rita panorama" this morning, cites LETA....
