Lithuanian Gas publishes spin-off terms and conditions

Lithuania-based company Lietuvos Dujos (Lithuanian Gas) has disclosed terms and conditions of the spin-off, approved by Minutes No. 1 of the company's board of directors as of January 30, 2013, and resolution No. O3-64 of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy dated February 28, 2013, under which the spin-off of the company will take place by way of division as provided in the Lithuanian law, the company says in a statement, writes LETA....
