Lithuanian Seimas approved deficit-ridden state budget for 2009

Lithuanian Seimas has approved the state budget for 2009 prepared by the coalition Government led by Andrius Kubilius. On Monday, 77 MPs voted for the deficit-ridden budget, which is expected to help the country to manage finance and overcome the economic crisis, 42 parliamentarians were against it, five MPs abstained from voting. ...
