LPP/LC must pay more than LVL 0.5 million into state treasury

The Supreme Court's Senate has turned down an appeal that the now-liquidated Latvia's First Party/Latvia's Way (LPP/LC) political party had filed against the Corruption Prevention Bureau's decision that LPP/LC had unlawfully accepted donations and violated restrictions on election campaign spending, and had to transfer more than LVL 0.5 million into the State Treasury, the Supreme Court's press secretary Baiba Kataja informed LETA....
