Merko: construction prices have bottomed out in Baltics

Construction group Merko said on November 13 that construction prices have bottomed out in Baltics and there is no reserve for further price reductions, BBN/LETA reported. Due to the recession, the construction volumes in the first six months fell by 36.6% in Estonia, by 41.5% in Latvia and by 49.9% in Lithuania, compared to the figures in the previous year, the company said in its construction market overview....
