Moody’s raises credit rating outlook for Latvia and Lithuania and state rating for Estonia

The international credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) today raised the outlook for Latvia's Baa3 rating from negative to stable. The outlook on Lithuania's Baa1 rating, the third-lowest investment grade, was lifted to stable from negative, Moody's said in a statement today.
