Number of building permits granted in Latvia decreased by 42% in Q3

During the 3rd quarter of 2009 construction management authorities granted 584 building permits for the construction, capital repairs, reconstruction and restoration of single dwelling buildings with total floor space 118.3 thsd m2, and it is 42% less than in the 3rd quarter of 2008, according to the data of Central Statistical Bureau....
