OEG acquires a Dutch company and establishes 2 companies in Jersey

On 11 March 2013, Estonian gambling venue operator OEG's subsidiary Olympic Casino Eesti AS acquired a 100% share holding of a holding company Siquia Holding B.V. registered in the Netherlands, the company told the Tallinn stock exchange.
