Panevezio Statybos Trestas announces reverse of temporary protection measures

On May 13, 2009 Lithuania-based construction company Panevezio Statybos Trestas submitted a claim to the Vilnius Regional Court requesting to adjudge from Macro Investment debt in the amount of LTL 11,241,338.44 (EUR 3.25 million), the incurred litigation costs and the interest at the rate of 15.21% for the amount adjudged from the moment the proceeding were taken at the court until the court decision is fully satisfied, the company said in a statement, reports LETA/ELTA....
