RVR to continue cooperating with CAF; trains to be manufactured abroad

The joint-stock Rigas vagonbuves rupnica (Riga Railcar Factory, RVR) will continue cooperating with Spain's Construcciones y Auxiliares de Ferrocariles S.A. (CAF) in manufacturing trains for eastern markets.
