Finance Minister Atis Slakteris' "amateur performance", announcing publicly a number of confidential figures and sensitive information, has upset the Prime Minister Ivars Godmanis (Latvia's First Party/Latvia's Way) and created new tensions in the already complicated situation, as the newspaper Biznes&Baltija reports today....
