The number of travellers in business trips in Latvia decreased by 4.6% in Q3 2008

The results of a survey of the Latvian population conducted by the Central Statistical Bureau show that in the 3rd quarter of 2008 the number of trips for recreational purposes comprised 4.7 mln, of which 3.5 mln were same-day trips without staying overnight, 1.0 mln were short trips (1-3 visitor nights) and 0.2 mln were long trips (4 and more visitor nights). ...
