Estonian businessman Tõnis Palts plans to invest at least a billion kroons in developing a luxury resort in Crimea near Sevastopol in Ukraine. Palts who owns 20 hectare property at Gulf of Balaklava expects to attract large investors to the project next year, writes Äripäev....
