Unpaid utility bills in Riga rose to LVL 28.4 mln

The debt owed for unpaid utility bills has continued to rise in Riga over the past year, as there has been a LVL 2.9 million or 11% increase in the total debt households owe, the chairman of the housing management company Rigas namu parvaldnieks Ervins Straupe informed LETA during a Riga City Council Housing and Environment Committee meeting today....
